What this means is that if you place order before 10:00 am UK time we will do our best to ensure that it is despatched the same working day. If you phone us up or email us for advice we will always be pleased to talk to you and offer expert assistance without any pressure or any obligation on your part to purchase anything, we want you to be satisfied and comfortable with what you are buying and with us before you place your order.

We recognise that buying by mail order can sometimes be a troubling event, you may wonder once you have parted with your money whether you will receive your goods, will the goods work ? etc etc. These are normal and valid concerns and we can assure you that we are a trustworthy, secure and legitimate business with thousands of customers all over the world. We work closely with Fedex, who are our preferred mail carrier for global shipping, the world really can seem like a very small place as we are able to offer 1-2 day delivery to the USA and major European cities.

Our after sales service and warranties are no quibble, why?, because we want you the customer to be satisfied. If the product has a mechanical problem within the 12 months warranty, then provided the product has been looked after and used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions we will either fix it or offer a replacement. If you want help with the product after your purchase then we promise a friendly voice on the end of the phone or a prompt email by return. If we cannot answer the phone straight away, then leave us a message and we will call you back and try and help as soon as we can.
