unless otherwise stated. The shipping price does not
include local taxes and duty charges payable in the destination country.
Orders placed before 10:00 am UK time are
usually despatched the same day. Delivery
times cannot be guaranteed as these are outside
of our control. When you purchase online you
will receive a confirmation from us by email
to say you have paid. We will process your
order and let you know by email when we ship.
We usually work 9-5 UK time Mon to Fri.
If you get a rejection of your order due to
our credit card payment system errors, this
may be because your credit card company has
blocked internet transactions on your card,
in which case you must contact your bank to
resolve as there is nothing we can do this
end to help.
Please ensure that you always enter your telephone
number and a full valid address when placing
your orders, a PO box number will not be acceptable
and your order will be delayed until we are
able to get the correct information from you.
Please
ensure that you enter a valid email address as we send all order confirmations &
shipping advices by email. Please ensure that you allow us
to bypass your your spam, bulk or junk mail filters as it is very important that
you receive our email correspondence about your order.
Lastly, we do take credit card fraud very
seriously and if there is any doubt about
an order placed then it will be followed up
with an email or call from us to check that
it is valid. If we cannot resolve the suspect
transaction it will be cancelled with no notice
or correspondence sent. Please note that we do
not accept any credit card orders from NIGERIA
or other West African Countries. We reserve
to right to refuse any order which we deem
suspicious, fraudulent or unacceptable for
any reason. Additional credit card security
checks may be made by us as and when required.

will then process the transaction for you

you prefer, you can pay by certified cheque
(US$, Euro, Sterling) or International money order (not post office
money orders), send these to our office address
along with your order and we will process
it. Please add and extra £6.00 GBP for
the processing of foreign money orders and
non Sterling cheques.

Orders

Please note that all orders despatched must
be signed for at the delivery address. Please
make sure that your delivery address is fully
specified together with a valid telephone
number. Do not enter a PO BOX as a delivery
as we cannot deliver to these.
All
our products are usually in stock, however,
we cannot guarantee this as some items sell
out very quickly. If the item you order is
not available we will email you to let you
know when it will be back in stock.
All
products are covered by 12 months warranty
against manufacturing faults except where
stated, the warranty does not cover misuse
or dismantlement of the product. All warranty
claims must be made through us and goods returned
to us for inspection and resolution as necessary.
You
have 7 days in which to try the products after
which time you may return for a full refund
excluding original/return shipping costs.
The goods must be returned in as new and original
condition in the original packaging. If the
product has been damaged or is incomplete
in anyway then a charge will be made for restocking/repair. If you have a

CONDITIONS FOR JAMMING PRODUCTS
Note
- The use of jamming equipment
is prohibited in some countries. It is the
responsibility of the customer to ensure that
they have the legal right to import these
products before purchasing from us. Upon purchasing,
the customer becomes wholly liable for any
legal issues that may occur as a result of
the importation and/or use of these products
in the destination country.
Note for UK customers: jamming
equipment is illegal to use in the UK as it violates sections 1 & 13 of the 1949
telegraphy act, we are therefore unable to supply jammers to any UK
customer. UK Government or Military customers should ensure that they have the
relevant exemption from Ofcom before purchasing.
Due
to non CE approval of these products we cannot
sell these products into any European Union
country.
Customers in North America are
advised to contact the FCC to ensure that they are legally allowed to
import jammer products into the USA before purchasing from us.
