The following sales restrictions apply only to our jammer products, all other gadget products on our website are not restricted and can be bought in the UK and EU.
Jammer customers in UK & other EU countries & Switzerland: All jamming equipment is illegal to use in the EU. We can therefore only sell to organisations who are exempt from the regulations such as Government agencies, Military & Law enforcement as well as recognised suppliers to these bodies. If we are unable to establish that the customer meets these requirements; the order will be cancelled and refunded.
USA customers are advised that the importation and use of jamming equipment is prohibited by FCC regulations unless you are an authorised user, legitimate supplier to an authorised user or are an exporter to a non US delivery address. All US customers are requested to ensure that they are legally allowed to import jammer products into the USA before purchasing from us.
Please note that we now hold all orders received for delivery to the USA until we have been able to establish where possible that the order is for a legitimate user/importer within the USA or it's territories.

The use of jamming equipment is prohibited in some countries. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have the legal right to import these products before purchasing from us. Upon purchasing, the customer becomes wholly liable for any legal issues that may occur as a result of the importation and/or use of these products in the destination country.
GLOBAL GADGET UK LTD - GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
All prices are shown as Great British Pounds (£ Sterling) unless otherwise stated. The shipping price does not include local taxes and duty charges payable in the destination country.
Orders placed before 11:00 am UK time are usually despatched the same day. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed as these are outside of our control.
The schedule for delivery is as follows:
UK Deliveries Next working day where possible by Royal Mail.
The Americas 1-2 working days days (Fedex/DHL) or upto 21 days with airmail post
Europe 1-4 days working days (Fedex) or upto 21 days with airmail post
Rest of world 2-5 days working days (Fedex) or upto 21 days with airmail post
Please note that all orders despatched must be signed for at the delivery address. Please make sure that your delivery address is fully specified together with a valid telephone number. Do not enter a PO BOX as a delivery address as we cannot deliver to these.
Please ensure that you enter a valid email address as we send all order confirmation, shipping advices and product manuals by email. Please ensure that you allow us to bypass your your spam, bulk or junk mail filters as it is very important that you receive our email correspondence about your order.
All our products are usually in stock, however, we cannot guarantee this as some items sell out very quickly. If the item you order is not available we will email you to let you know when it will be back in stock.
All products are covered by 12 months warranty against manufacturing faults except where stated, the warranty does not cover misuse or dismantlement of the product. All warranty claims must be made through us and goods returned to us for inspection and resolution as necessary.
You have 7 days in which to try the products after which time you may return for a full refund excluding original/return shipping costs. The goods must be returned in as new and original condition in the original packaging. If the product has been damaged or is incomplete in anyway then a charge will be made for restocking/repair. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
